Drupal intranet implementation

We need someone to help us tweak our Drupal based intranet before we go live with it. I have uploaded and activated the Atrium template but it needs some more work:

- look and feel

- change URL to [url removed, login to view]

- activate filedepot and forum modules

- menu structure

- help me understand security setting as not all users should have access to all files or postings

I think the initial work is around 15 to 20 hours max. After that -and provided we're happy- we'd like to retain the freelancer from time to timen(paid of course) for maintenance work on the intranet.
