Create video game 3-D

The game would basically be an on-screen sand box. User able to move sand up and down. User able to change color of sand.

User able to take picture of sandbox.

Bottom screen for tools and objects. Drag items from box to tray.

Undo/redo button. Rotate 360 degrees. Demo depending on cost. Auto update. Incorporate pre-made 3-D characters. Advertising space top & rt side.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Bi-weekly update on project development.

5) Auto-update option running and fully functional.

6) User will be able to create a complex scene in the proposed on screen sand box. The user will be able to save photo to desktop, email, and post to website.

7) Owner will be able to access all files via web.

8) Program will be able to be used by hundreds of users simultaneously.

## Platform

The video art software program will need to able to work on Windows XP, in all 3.0+ versions of internet explorer and netscape. The program needs to be completely web-based - no downloads.
