Freelance Website Needed

We need a freelancer website developed for our business. The business WILL NOT deal in software.

Users will be able to log on to our site looking for a particular service.

The site will work in the sense that professionals will post their services for users to look at and then users will pick the one they like. The professionals taht we will be dealing with are area specific (e.g. painters, decorators, tutors etc)

The site will need to have online booking facilities as well as precise search functions. The payments will all need to be authorised by our site as well. Each professional will be able to put up their timetable and bookings accepted online.

Each professional will also have a rating and user comments that can be read by users.

You will be responsible for designing the entire site, including all the database and payment functions. You will also be responsible for adding on services such as SMS services etc.

Payments will have to be secure and satisfactory for UK standards.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
