As part of a bigger project, CRMDM, I want a module be made that allows a surfer to open an html document, located on an internet server, in Word.
The bigger project, CRMDM, offers the user a way to create HTML documents. These documents can be sent to an email address, or should be opened in Word for sending by postal mail.
The aim of the requested project here is to make the module that:
1. converts the html doc to word doc (if needed), and
2. starts the download,
3. opens word on the local machine en shows the document.
The HTML document should be loaded in the module, eg as a property string by the parent, in 1 or more steps. After each step a page break should be included in the word doc. Then, a routine called "go" should initiate the above functions and force the client to download the document and open it in Word.
It is ok if the document loaded in Word is formatted as HTML; however, at the client side, it should force Word to open.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working ASCX module with all the requested functions, embedded in a fully functional ASPX that shows the working of the ASCX, as well as complete source code of all work done. Ready for embedding in our Visual Studio 2003 environment.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) THe source code is well documented, that is,
-EACH sub or function or program part has a description of what the program part does
-EACH variable has a description of what it carries and why
