1 page website and banners

Re-design of 1-page website needed with pleasing and professional layout, plus creation of banners in standard sizes. Site is now at [url removed, login to view] I want to keep all of the specific text (suggestions on improved wording welcome), but the graphics, layout, design all need a complete PROFESSIONAL appearance. NOTE: The OBJECT of the site is to entice new users to "register" by clicking on the "register" button, which downloads/runs a setup program (calls it an "access key"), so ALL design elements must contribute to this goal of getting ALL site visitors to click on the download button...... SPECIAL NOTE: This is also time sensitive and I need it done by Friday evening 5/23....

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
