Scroll Bar Script

SCROLL BAR SCRIPT FOR WEB SITE Need script for a CUSTOM SCROLL BAR that will work identically in ALL BROWSERS: Internet Explorer - Netscape - Firefox, and other browsers. The finished scroll bar will look similar to the scroll bar in "TEMPLATE 12225" which can be viewed on any "template site" ([url removed, login to view]). The final colors will be different from the sample in the attached PDF. Bidders are asked to provide links to previous custom scroll bars to view their compatability in all browser versions.
