Flash Project

We need a simple Flash game made - what it will do is it will have 3 playing cards being shown just as it shows in the slot machine game 3 cards (see the attached SWF) . Now just below it - there will be a button - when a user clicks it - the cards should look asif revolving full 360 Degrees & changing - then finally 3 new cards should settle up. I need an interface where i can specify winning combinations & prices as well as the combinations which should not come :-) . If a winning combination comes - the person is taken to a prize claim form which he can fill & redeem for some gifts which are offered. Also a user from 1 IP can only play "N" number of chances every 24 hours which should be configurable from Admin. Also - the user has to submit his email address when he plays & on 3rd Chance when he plays - he is asked to refer 5 friends who are informed about the site. This has to be wrapped up in a nice looking front end & done immidiately. Payment is on completion of work & the work should be very very high quality. Do not post very very high bids but post some genuine good offers. when you see the attached swf, wait for it to load , then click on the button "bet man" to see what kind of game i'am looking for , this one has some different icons which change , in our game will be cards .
