Flash text scrolling

I am writing a small Flash application that reads a text file and displays it in a text area, for editing.

I require someone to code a scroll bar for the side of the text window that would do the following to emulate a standard windows scroll bar.

1. The scroll bar must only be visible if the text goes beyond the size of the current window. This may become visible if the text size increases to beyond a page.

2. Have an up arrow at the top to scroll the text up to the top of the document.

3. Have a down arrow at the bottom to scroll the text down to the bottom of the document.

4. Have a scroll bar which when dragged up or down will move the text accordingly.

5. It must be of a size that reflects the propostion of text displayed in the window to the size of the whole document. ie if the window is 4 lines long and the document is 8 lines long then the scroll bar is 50% the size of the overall bar. Again this would change as the size of the text increases.

5. The spaces below and above the scrolling bar can be clicked on to move the document up/down 1 page at a time (ie as per above this would be 4 lines)

6. Only the arrow buttons must be depressable like buttons.

In addition I would like to be able to change the colours of the bar elements. Arrow, highlight, shadow, top, recess/button down from variables specified in frame 1.

Size refers to the amount of text and not the font size.
