306019 PHP+FLV player + video convert

Phase I- need immediately (with 8-12 hours after bid selection)

1. update existing admin panel to upload large flv files

2. make minor php changes

3. test player and video to ensure optimum player quality (we are converting mp4 output should be equal)

4. modify player skin

5. make thumbnail of video on upload. (this could go to phase II) if it is part of converter

Phase II

6. make converter online
