I need to launch a small business website in a hurry using a commericial template that we purchased.

What I need: 1) Use template and replace the dummy text with my content, which may require reworking the layout. 2) I will need to create about 20 product description templates and 20 associated web forms to collect information that will be e-mailed to me. Forms are simple text/multiple choice/ dropdown type. Strong knowledge of how to collect info via forms and insert the values into a PDF document for print out is necessary. You must be able to show me examples of how you have implemented this. Each form is associated with a 'product' for sale. Visitors see product information and click to purchase. On payment, they will get the form to enter their data. 3) Recommend and implement shopping cart + payment gateway for Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal and electronic checks. 4) Create a 'User Account/Registration' feature. This may be part of the payment engine itself. 5) Have a good knowledge of site security so as to create a secure, hack proof site. Required: - Ability to work fast and produce high quality, error free work - Ability to demonstrate past experience in similar work with examples and references - Ability to be available on an ongoing basis. Our business plan calls for considerable development over the next year. This is the first phase that must be done quickly and cheaply to get potential financial backers confident enough to make an investment. If that investment comes through, this will result in considerable work for whoever helped us get going. - Spanish knowledge a plus

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
