We have a current website that is [url removed, login to view] we want to get this site look and feel updated to look smoother and more professional. The site is currently templated with css. To test the current site use postcode 0870 and trade test trade. The site should make best use of available screen. Should be uncluttered, and we will provide a professionally designed logo to be incorporated. The large login box needs to be got rid of and the image (sparks flying) can go from the home page. We like the simplicity of [url removed, login to view] and also the glassed (vista) look. We also like the industrial reflective look and feel of [url removed, login to view] without so much clutter. The current buttons need to be made to look more embossed, and reflective, and the box that requires a user to enter a postcode and trade needs to attract the eye, with a reflective look and embossed, with appearance of a light shining onto it and moving back and forwards, then stopping and brightening with a mouse over, we are willing for you input on other flash enhancement. I would consider breaking this project into two pieces if the right graphics coder did not want to be involved int the resizing/etc of the website.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
