resume filter for employers

Please note i want it integrated into an html5 good looking template. if need be i might have to provide a template.

These are the deliverables:

Employers Module:

1. Employers can register on the site and will have their url i.e [login to view URL]

2. Employers receive confirmatory email and click the activate link to start using the resumefilter to post jobs.

3. A reference code will be generated for each job posted by the employer so that jobseekers can locate the job and apply.

4. Employers can specify the entries they need from the jobseekers during application of the posted job i.e grade, state, country, date of birth, higher institution, course and more...

5. The form field entries needed can be specified by clicking check boxes and specifying the form field type entries they require.

6. The entries will be used to sort the applications received from jobseekers from their sort function in their account page.

7. After sorting resumes employers can download all the resumes in one zip file. the resumes will be gotten from the uploaded cvs posted by jobseekers during sign up.

From eployers panel messages can be sent to the jobseeker after their applications have been considered.

Jobseekers Module:

1. when jobseekers visit the url above. the page will prompt for reference code.

2. jobseekers are expected to enter the reference code for the job advert to locate the exact job and then click apply.

3 On clicking apply, the site asks them to upload their resume and fill the online form e.g grade point, name of university, date of birth etc as specified by the employer for sorting purposes which is useful for filtering the resumes posted by the jobseekers.(please note that the sort options will be specified by the employers during job posting and the sort options will appear to the jobseeker as form fields for data entry which will be useful for resume filtering purposes in the employers account panel)

4. After successful application of the job by the jobseeker, the jobseekers receives a confirmation email.

5. Email address and phone numbers are compulsory fields.

6. Image uploads (jpg, png, giff) will all be accepted

7. pdf, .docx, .doc, wordpad cv formats will be accepted.

Admin module:

1. Administrator will approve posted jobs before publishing it to jobseekers for applying.

2. Administrator can post jobs.

3. Payment options should be made available(employers will be charged after a 90day trial period)

4. from admin panel newsletters can be sent to both jobseekers and employers.

5. Administrator will have access to all resumes on the database and will be able to use simple search criteria to pull them out from dbase.

I want the site delivered in [login to view URL] .Only coders with work experience and sound portfolio need apply.
