Web development clarifications on call...

Im recently having to deal with some PHP, MySQL, Javascript and CSS because of work related reasons (Ive been tasked with maintenance and development). My job profile has been modified, now this is not what I do on a regular basis; I need assistance with concepts here and there.

So Im looking for a web developer-teacher, who I can work with on a long term basis, as per need.

1. Ideally, Id need to pick your brain, say when I get stuck, I can ring you up and ask you questions on a running basis.

2. You need to be proficient in PHP, MySQL, JS and CSS ...

3. You should be able to communicate in English over a voice channel (Skype, YM, or plain phone etc).

4. Some familiarity with Wordpress is expected.

5. Payment will be made on a per hour basis. Time for each call will be recorded and added for payment to be completed as milestones.

6. All in all, Im looking for someone who can explain...in PRACTICAL terms, not in bookish terms.

7. Examples include when do we use DIVS compared with classes... how can we use css forms gathered from codecanyon onto the site, etc ...
