We are creating a tracking system for static locations that we need to record data against using an iPhone or Android device.
This is the user case:
A customer will get within range of a point and then choose to add notes to this point (aprrox 12 different potential vaues). This data will then be sent to the database where it can be accessed through a web admin interface and reports generated.
We have all the frontend coding done and the database structure. We just need someone who is an expert PHP/MySQL developer to turn this into a dynamic application (as well as create the mobile apps).
We will provide the links to the current frontend to people who provide a quote that shows they have read the requirements.
