Mapping solutions

We are looking for only someone with experience using the Google API. We are giving higher marks to those who can provide us sample of this work.

This is part of a bigger project and will be looking to design around this component. If possible, we will want to continue working with the person(s) on the future development.

Prior to PAGE 1 - Start by using an account number in the URL to look up the account, Google API, referring URL/domain name, map start point, and layout style type (template). We will only be doing one layout at this time. This will be expanded upon in future development.

The map will be divided into several sections TOP, MIDDLE, and BOTTOM

TOP SECTION ??" search criteria as shown on Sample 4. This is to include the drop down of days on market. (less than 7, less than 14, less than 30, less than 45). This section will have a different search criteria for five different search filters. This will require AJAX to update the search items if the client chooses a five different major search group. They will also be able to save all searches. They is may be done through DHTML popup or through the right side on the MIDDLE SECTION.

MIDDLE SECTION ??" The layout will be a split screen display like that on Sample ##. When starting off for the first time. The map will display a pop up asking the client to change the search details above to start showing results.

Left Side ??" Map Section

1. A popup will notify the client if there criteria has more than 250 homes in the results and to modify the search.

2. The client will be able to modify the results by the using the TOP SECTION (the search criteria) or by zooming in using the map. Once a criteria using AJAX is less than 250 Real Estate Points(REPs)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
