Mobile client for message system

We have a coporate message system.

We need a java program for mobile phones (nokia and motorola - GSM) to make 3 types of http request to a server via GPRS.

Request 1 - Send a http request with user, password and type=1 to a server and receive a xml with a number of new messages in a server. If number > 0 then play a alert sound in mobile phone.

This procedure must run from time to time in accordance with a parameter defined by the user.

Request 2 - An option on program to send a http request with user, password and type=2 to a server , receive a xml with subjects of new messages and display this subjects to a user. If user choose one subject then run request 3.

Request 3 - Send a http request with user, password, type=3 and message ID to a server and receive xml with content of message and display to user.

Must run in Motorola V635, V3 and Palm Treo 650.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

systems of Palm Treo 650 and motorola mobile phone V635, V3.

Better if run in nokia phones too.
