we are interested in developing various recruiting software. our first project is to build web site that can submit clients resume to all these job web sites that [url removed, login to view] can do.
i am not sure if resumerabbit is build in java script/jsp or php but you can offer us the best solution.
we later want to expand our web site to submit to many other job boards even more then resumerabbit can do.

we are also interested in building spider bots that can crawl the web and search for resumes that are not listed on job sites. this is separate project but if you have experience with spiders please let me know.

but for now lets discuss what is the best platform and language to code something like resume rabbit. please send us full proposal showing how many coders you can offer and how many ours will be required to launch the web site install automatic scripts and finish the whole project
