Web Design & Development Project.

I am looking for a senior creative web/graphics designer and custom website developer. This individual has to be very knowledgeable in CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Web Design, Graphics, CMS, PHP, mysql and familiar with browser compatibility and web site accessibility. All of the contents should be dynamic. Please see an attached jpeg file which shows the colors, layout and other information. I don’t have open source files such as psd and etc. I just have these jpeg images. We need this website done as soon as possible.

I will only respond to bidders that show me quality examples of their work PMB me for more details.

I also want full ownership of the design upon completion, and all source files are to be transferred to me upon completion.

NO PORTFOLIO or sample work, no response. We are looking for experienced professionals who have been in the design/web/development arena for many years.

Payment Steps.

1.) The first payment will be made once after I select the winner. At this time I will pay the first payment of $25 via Escrow payment system.

2.) The final payment of whatever we have agreed on will only be paid to you once after the project is 100% completed, upload on our server with all open source files transferred to us, tested for 1 week, 100% bug free.

3.) Payment Terms: We will use the project escrow option on the GETAFREELANCER.COM. There will not be any partial payments. It is ALL OR NONE. Money will be paid once I am satisfied with all of the above work. Money will not be paid If I am not satisfied with any or all of the work. No Exceptions for our payment terms, project scope, deliverables and also timeline. Please don’t bid unless if agree to these terms as there will no negotiations. If you don’t agree to these terms and still bid on the project or try to negotiate the terms I will report a violation against you.
