The objective of this project is to take the attached design and create a working website in wordpress. The attached design is preliminary, there are still a few cosmetic changes that may come out over the next week. These will be finalized before project bids are accepted.
Deliverables.
1. Create a working website using the attached design.
2. The site should adhere to best practice standards like W3C.
3. The Wordpress CMS should be used effectively. Eg Menus and pages should be editable via the wordpress control panel.
4. All elements should use CSS for styling.
5. Any Javascript you create should be placed in script files and not embedded in pages.
6. Pages have to be compatible with Standard Google analytic javascript. It is very important that we can see pages people are clicking on.
7. Site should be sufficiently tested by developer. Payment will only be made once site has passed UAT.
Some other things you need to know
1. Design files (psd or .ai) will be made available
2. Site is hosted on godaddy
3. There is no need for database integration, other than standard wordpress stuff.
4. The site is not in production yet so you are free to develop directly against the production wordpress instance on godaddy.

We are a business that is looking to offer our customers a platform or “dashboard” that links to peoples accounting systems as well as to their banking providers and provides simple, visual tools to assist with decisions around “hedging”. (Hedging is a commonly used tool to assist companies with foreign currency exposures by reducing uncertainty of future market movements).
Our target market will be primarily a small to medium sized business that import and export goods and services. We will be dealing directly with CFO’s and other managers within the business and therefore the logo must appeal to this type of person i.e. professional, accounting background but also they will likely be early adopters and embrace new technology.
