Complete hosting site template

Need to finish web design for hosting company using WHMCS. Logo needs to be fixed (name is wrong and color is off). Splash page needs additional content added. Site is primarily for supporting existing clients and should not be flashy or designed to attract unsolicited signups.

May entertain scrapping design and using new header/footer however existing two column layout would need to stay due to extensive changes already made to individual WHMCS templates.

Experience in custom, smarty based templates is a plus.
