222721 Fix PHP email form for Vista

I have an existing php form and script to send an email, which is not displaying the final email correctly when viewed in the latest versions of outlook. It works fine with older versions, so it just needs a fix. The email it sends is a HTML email.

The attachments are: the form, the script and the display in outlook.

I want the fix to send HTML and plain versions if that is possible.
