Interactive Auction Prototype w/ Responsive Design

I am seeking an individual or group to develop a web based prototype for an online auction. The prototype will demonstrate several views of the user's experience with looping actions and some interaction.
The prototype will include looping audio and video.
The developer and designer will take a responsive approach to the UI so that a single prototype can be viewed on a computer, tablet and smartphone browser.
I will provide a wireframe for each view and several examples of the design style I am seeking. Your creative suggestions are welcomed.
Once the designs are completed for each view we will finalize the movements, loops and user interaction points then begin development.
The total project should take approximately two weeks.
**Necessary Programming Skills:**
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery and AJAX
