Modification on Website.

I am have a website that will be for ALL jobs in the service industry. Consumers will be able to post jobs and receive bids on those jobs just like freelancer. The difference between my site and freelancer is that American Consumer will be able to post jobs for plumbers, lawyers, landscapers, etc etc etc, as well as the jobs that freelancer already offers.

Im looking to build a long term relationship with a company that specializes in script work, web design, and telephone application building.

Everything has and will be designed on my end, i just need you to code.

Here is the complete run down of what i need done:

My Account redesign (2 - 3 )

Instant Messaging between members

Change Bidding Page look ( 19 & 20)

Add editable/manageable media folders to the profile ( left side under the profile picture)

All for members to click their profile picture to change the picture or scroll through profile pictures(like Facebook)

Hide the X button (to delete a status or comment on the bus. Profile) and make it so that when a member goes put their cursor over when the X should be it appears (Like Facebook) (20)

Create an auto-finder for the skills (like freelancer uses when creating a project) (21)

Fixing Facebook log in

SEO

Sponsored ad program ( like facebook where members can pay for advertising ( Pay per click & Pay per impressions)

and detailed ads ( go to service [url removed, login to view] to see exactly what i am talking about) the picture below shows an example

The person awarded for this job must be able to Skype chat weekly until the job is completed and i want to see daily updates of progress. I will not work with freelancers who have negative or no rewards and you must have a portfolio of previous work

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE how long it will take you to complete the job. If the job last longer then 2 weeks past deadline i will terminate our relationship and look for a new developer
