The final bidder will help us complete a half finished website ([url removed, login to view]) following the project guidelines attached here. Although coding tasks won’t be heavy in this project, the final coder need to be experienced with PHP, Javascript, SEO-friendly1 web design, comfortable with Ajax programming, Sajax and Scriptaculous library is used, so if Javascript makes you headache, please don’t bid on this project. Be aware that we are very demanding in this area: 1) all codes delivered (including the current code) has to be clean, neat2 and professionally commented, no useless codes/files should be kept in the final deliverables. 2) the final coder must pay extreme attention to the CSS files: rename the CSS files so the name alone would indicate the exact usage, create separate CSS file if necessary, MUST delete all unnecessary CSS codes and files. All current codes will be provided to the final coder, be warned that some codes are messy and unprofessional, thus unusable or need to be reworked. Please only use CSS for layout, not tables. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
