**Project specifications**

Fits into the category of a product catalog for cars, heavy equipment, buildings and other goods.

Must include a sub-category for each of the above.

Be able to to seach by subcategory and price

Admin module to add content and photos (main photo plus 3-4 additional photos)

Graphics and art should be simple. We will take care of the final art but for presentation purposes we need something to show with grey, white and blue color combination

Basic documentation should be supplied.

Complete source code and files should be supplied

I should be able to add simple changes to the app. if more complex requirements follow up then it will a new contract with the developer.

Spanish language is a plus however if documented well we will do the translation

Must be done and ready in a maximum of 2 days.

On a side note if we are able to get a fast and good quality response then we will provide work on a continuous basis.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
