Hi-

I'm looking to contract w/ a developer to completely redesign our organization's website. Here are the specifics we are interested in:

1. Logo Design / web format design

consistent look and feel should be developed and used throughout the site

2. Home Page

3. Profile Page for members:

index for each member (drop down menu)

ranch name

contact information (address, phone, email, fax, website)

biography/ranch description

pictures (~10)

** some means to allow for members to upload of content, pictures

** members will need a username / password that will be able to be able to be changed by members and by the administrator.

4,. Featured Ranch

biography/ranch description

5. STAR about us / contact us

6. MISSION page

7. Raising Alpacas in Texas (resources

8. Discussion Board. This will require passwd (same passwd as in item #3)

9. Current Events/Show information

Note: We'll provide all text/copy. You just need to create the pages.

I'd like some sort of CMS so I can go in after and add more pages, update content etc.

This will be an ongoing contract. Future projects will include accepting CC payments online, streaming video etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered ``work made for hire`` under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
