I need a system that will extract different parts of a vBulletin database and display on newly created pages. This will involve creating a Paypal system for payment into a database and used to play a tournament: nothing complex just so that the system knows they have paided and can play certain tournament.
New system must be able to extract scores out of vbulletin database and display top scores etc on new pages.
A few other features, but nothing that doesn't require extracting data from database.
