105122 PHP/MySQL script

I need a script written in php and mysql that can do the following:

I need a script that can basically connect to a specified website and add keywords on a daily basis to a keyword lists on that site via a cron job.

Let me explain a little more. What I need to be able to do is enter my website ftp information into the script along with a list of keywords (in txt format), the name and location of the keywords file on my website and also an option to specify how many keywords are to be added each time a cron job is run. Then when the cron is run the script should take how ever many keywords I specified from the added list and add them to the keyword lists on my server. The script should also recorded and show me details such as what keywords and how many have been added to date.

I need to add multiple sites so the script should support this. The script should also come with a username and password login screen.
