I need our Vtiger CRM account to be customized according to our needs. here is what we need
1. Customize the fields on Leads page with the options we need
2. Synchronize our staffs current email in Outlook to Vtiger so that we can use Vtiger to send and receive emails but still have a back up in Outlook
3. Integra our Skype account to Vtiger to make calls via Vtiger
4. The recordings of our calls should be imported to Vtiger on the respective customer page
5. Customize report generation option as we need
