e-gold ipn membership script

We need A php or perl script that interfaces with the [url removed, login to view] sci interface so that when someone sends payment to our e-gold account the script running on our site creates a username and password in a htpasswd file. It must meet the following critera. 1. create the username from the email address thats passed from the [url removed, login to view] sci 2. Able to be support different payment amounts for different membership lengths eg. $10 for 1 month membership, $25 for 3 months etc. And the ability to add new prices and change existing prices. 3. Must use flat files for storing info and NOT require mysql 4. randomly generate a password om sucessfully verifying payment and then email the member with the login info. 5. removes the user from the htpasswd file once their membership period has expired (doing this via a cron job is ok) 6. needs to be easy to install on other servers in the future so locations of the password files etc must be able to be changed. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
