PHP Script to extract data from a tree struct of articles

I need a PHP or PERL Developer to build a script to parse a tree structure of directories on disk .

(^) Prefered PHP language. but can be done in PERL.

(**) each article can have new keyword, so you have to detect it first in a first stage.

(*) Script should be recursive parsing the entire directory / files structure.

(*) Script should use directory names as category levels in this way:

Section->Category->Subcategory where each article belongs to a level.

$level_depth = < 0 | 1 | 2 >

$level_name= < 'Section Name' | 'Category name' | 'Subcategory' >

+ This is a simple script, it should't take to you more than 1-5 hours.

There was a problem with the BID of this project when I post, i changes to 250-500, and this is a small script.

This project should be 30-250 , I already contacted freelancer.com support in order to fix it.

I'm new as a freelancer, please don't bid in this project until is fixed.
