Website Bots to submit form and index certain data

We are looking for a very experienced Perl or PHP Developer (Perl preferred) to code simple website bots.
The bots should be able to submit search forms, go through all links in a result list and save information from detail pages (around 20-30 different values) of single results into a MySQL-Database. Based on certain parameters, it should also be able to submit a contact form on the detail page with random predefined texts saved in a MySQL-Database.
The basic bot should be adapted/adaptable to several different websites with different source code structure etc.
This project covers only two bots for two websites to start but the basic bot should later be adapted to around 20 more websites.
