PSD to Wordpress. Feel free to retouch my design

Hi, I'm looking for a web developer to bring my approved design to a pro level. I'm looking for a developer that can turn my PSD into a best-practices wordpress theme, and offer some tutoring in how to make more out of my client's site.
Part of the project will be to setup a jquery menu, style the css, develop in wordpress and optimize images for quick loading in a shared host. Other ideas are welcomed.
Spanish-speaking freelancers are welcomed, although all web contents (including tags, folders, layers, etc) need to be written in correct English.
