230161 Source for Proxy IP addresses

I need to find a source or several sources for acquiring a thousand US proxy IP addresses. I would prefer that they would be free (of course) but would be willing to pay for the service. All the winner of this project has to do is to tell me where to get the proxy IPs. That's it. The winner doesn't have to provide the IPs just point me in the direction of a service provider that i can use. I will pay the winner of the bid once i am successful acquiring the US addresses.

Note: the many free proxy listing sites typically have bad IPs
