Hello All, Looking for a Professional Writer/Programmer to help me with my Project Description or Proposal for my website. Winning bidder will help me in communicating what I want for my website, and put this down on paper or Proposal. This will enable me to communicate more effectively to the Programmer here on Scriptlance or eLance or other web sites. My website layout is attached. Writer/Programmer should read my outline and get and idea of what my website development would be, or how I want my website built/contructed. Site is a Internet Radio Station and Internet Radio School in one website. The web site would be an easy to use CMS configuration but able to look professional and have Multi-sites. It must be EASE OF USE for ADMIN who can use simply. Site offers Sports Radio Programming, and Internet Radio education. Need to talk with Writer/Programmer over phone and or show what I want, so they can write up my project and show what I want, in CMS, Configuration, Graphics, ADMIN, Layout, Users, Integration. Winning Bidder must have the following qualifications 1) Must have good English and Communication skills 2) Must have Skype or MSN, YAHOO to contact each other 3) Must have previous writing examples and must show experience in both Writing a Project and Programming knowledge. 4) Must have a rating of 10 + in order to bid or be accepted. 5) Must have Design or Graphic capablities to but together project description -
