Joomla - virtuemart custom design and modification + indexing

Hi,

We just passed from Oscommerce to Joomla + virtuemart. Our company need more a catalog than a real sofisticated E-commerce so...

We're searching for a reliable Joomla designer with coding experience and really design capabilities.

We want :

A joomla based website with multilanguage welcome (no translation needed, joomla already exists in dutch / french, and we will translate the content, no babbelfish)

Implementation of vituemart (or better) and of course stille language bounded content (still no translation needed)

And (I could say most important...) a custom webdesign and full working template.

Admin site can be in one language (french) actually working on 1.0.8 and language is fine.

Please do only apply if you can make good templates and if you can do good coding for joomla

In virtuemart we want better visibility for the categories of the products (for example: scroldown (scrolright) menus for categories. + some new links (show al products of same manufacturer etc)

And of course we want the site to be full inexable by search engines with custom meta tags by product page (did work in oscommerce so It must work in joomla to)
+ google sitemap etc
