''List category posts with pagination'' plugin pagination not working

I have a plugin \"List category posts with pagination\" on wordpress site to list all the posts title for sitemap. I want to list only 10 or 20 posts list on each page with pagination. But plugin pagination is not showing as expected.

Looking for a coder who could fix this issue. You can also use the php code on wordpress pages to achieve this goal wihtout this plugin if you have any alternative. I am using Genesis theme , Please no change in theme files . Only change the plugin or use new code to show posts list with pagination.
