PHP file written to convert MySQL database to XML file and ftp to remote location

I need a php file written that will sit on my hosted Cloud server (Linux) and will run daily through cron jobs, This php file needs to connect to a MySQL database which resides on a shared server via IP and then convert this to a XML file, this file then needs to be uploaded to another server via FTP in a specific location, most important is this file needs to be overwritten each day so the xml file remains the same name and in the same location each day.

It may also be necessary to add a prefix URL in front of one of the field values to point to a image as at the moment the data in the database equals image/301/[url removed, login to view] and it needs to include the full URL of [url removed, login to view]

This xml file is used to import property details to a number of 3rd party real estate companies

It must be very easy to change IP details within the file so I could use this file for other purposes.
