Hello i need to have 2 banner rotating scripts on my site. you can see from here where they need to go [url removed, login to view]

i will need to have a admin control panel so that i can add more banners when i want.

the banners will be on every page of my site. so i need to have it so its auto . i dont want to have to copy and paste a bit of code every time i add a new banner.

i will also need it show that the banners can have links put on them
