Enable VPN Access on a Linux Virtual Server

I have Linux Virtual Dedicated Server with Centos 5.0 installed (Can be changed to Centos 4.0 or Redhat Fedora 7.0) from [url removed, login to view] and would like to enable VPN access on that server. It only has one NIC with a public IP assigned to it. You can access this server using SSH only. My client can be either a Windows 7 PC, Mac OSX Snow Leopard, an iPhone or a Blackberry. If this is possible and easy for you, please place your bid.
