PHP Script - HTML Pages to Blog

**I need a very experienced PHP coder to create a script that will do the following:-
1. Ask the user to browse to a folder containing HTML pages to act as INPUT to the script.
2. Post static HTML pages with affiliate links(from [url removed, login to view]) and description to a BLOG (preferably WordPress) installation. You are free to use any free blogging platform to make this script work. You may just need to strip the html,head and body tags and just post pure HTML code( there might be some script tags that must NOT be changed)
The HTML pages will pe provided in a folder. So, the folder name should be used as a Category name. If there are any sub-folders, then they should be treated as sub-categories. Basically, a folder containing HTML pages, sub folders with HTML pages will be provided. The main folder will be used as the root and the sub folders(with more sub folders) will be used as categories and sub categories! The HTML pages will be used as individual posts organized into categories. I have attached the sample HTML pages with this bid request! They do not have sub folders but are just to give you an idea of the HTML pages that need to be converted. You can organize them into any sub folders for testing purposes.
3. Place google adsense ads and [url removed, login to view] ads. It should allow the user to input the google and amazon publisher id at the time of installation. The ads should be automatically arranged on the side panel and between posts. Should allow the user to choose if he wants no ads, only google ads, only amazon ads or both.
4. Should NOT have any database requirements.
[url removed, login to view] have an admin section to add more folders/html pages and to change google and amazon publisher id.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
