ASP.net VB.net datagrid Paging

Currently we are using grid controls within our pages which need to use a custom paging scenario. The new paging scenario will get all the records required from the database (as is being done currently) but only send a predefined amount to the client. For instance, if the records per page of the grid is set to 10 and the user selects page 2 we would make the call to the database, get all the records, determine where within the record set the 20th record is located (pg. 2 * 10recs/page) and bind 5 before the 20th, the next 10 records, and 5 after the 20th record to the grid on the page. The number of records before and the number of records after needs to be obtained from a page level constant that can be altered page by page. the coder should Create a page that has a grid on it, add the functions from the [url removed, login to view] page, located within the include subdirectory of the site, into the page you have created. Make your coding changes to accomidate the custom pager. Once you have accomplished the task, send the page so I can test it.
