IP Spoofer

1)I need to be able to use the bandwidth of my T1 or DSL but have the ip of my dialup show in the headers there can be no showing of my T1 ip address 2)now for example when I mail. the mail will go out of my t1 but show the ip of my dailup ip and it will not mail off of my dialup connection. 3)Right now I have had two companies make me a spoofer and the way they work is I'm connected to my t1 and my dialup and it will mail off of my dialup that is in no way spoofing because I'll be using dialups that have port 25 blocked to not mail so with the other spoofers I got they are of no use on a blocked port 25 dialup because they can't mail off of my t1 with out showing the ip address, so they are not spoofers. 4)this must work on port 25 and port 80 but if it can do any internet traffic that will do 5)I needs to have 2 ways of getting the ip address to spoof, one is to automaticly grab the ip or MAC address and it should also allow me to type the address it there or any address I want and there must be some way to stop traffic if I lose my dialup connection and to redial up.
