Website Information Extracting Tool

I need a tool to extract information from a website. The program will be a Win application and written with C# or VB.NET.

The application will crawl all the links on this page [login to view URL] and extract the information that is at the bottom (lower table). The information will be split in their proper fields in a MS Access database.

Although the site is in french, this will not be a problem with the coder.

Please note that not all pages have exactly the same information,although it's all in the same format (since the pages are script generated with data pulled from a database). A relatively complete example (with most information to extract) can be found at [login to view URL]
