Ajax Shopping Cart and PaypaI IPN Setup

I need a new Shopping Cart For Website.

Cart will be Ajax so Items update with out page reload.

Please show work...

Also Need to be a Paypal IPN expert that can fix current IPN file to get all of the Paypal return information to update in the database.

This can be no more than a 3 day job

Please show reference so I know that you understand what I need...
