525502 Apply new design to script

I have a script that is not huge only about 8 pages that I want a new css design applying to. I would like the comments in the code so I can interpret from the source where elements are (like menu, sidebar etc).

I have a new design from themeforest that I want applying to the current design. There is php code in the current pages as the template is not separate.

This should be easy for any CSS expert - I would prefer someone with good feedback and proven CSS experience from SL
