I run an email marketing company that sends out Can-Spam compliant offers to our large database of opt-in emails. Even though all emails are compliant, we still can generate 10-20 complaints a day and I'm looking for a datacenter owner or dedicated server/IP address broker that is OK with this and will not cancel my servers due to complaints. However, any complaints that are forwarded to us are immediately removed from our databases. We rarely get SBL'd and never hit spam traps. The minimum server specs I need are quad core, 8-16 megs ram, 1gbps port, and a /27 block of IPs. However, I can also tunnel the IPs to my own servers and this would actually be preferred. In this case I would rather purchase /24 or /23 blocks of IPs at a time. If your service is solid and you can provide quality, relatively clean IPs, this would be a long term relationship.
