Facebook Events Based Website Using PHP

I need a developer to develop a website with the following functionality
User Login Using Facebook - The user should be able to login using facebook. I need this to be done in PHP and not javascript.
When the user has logged in all the events that he has been invited to, agreed to go, declined or is not decided about should be fetched and stored in a mysql db (properly normalized). I'll be needing all information related to the events like place, date, picture, time, attending, not attending etc etc.
I need a frontpage for the site which shows events using wookmark plugin for jquery ([url removed, login to view]). The way things are to be shown i.e no. of columns etc will be discussed during the progress of the project. The developer needs to be ready for the changes in the layout.
The website should also have the following functionality - Create, cancel,invite,edit,rsvp an event. Make sure that when somebody does the actions mentioned, the changes are also reflected in our database.
The website should be programmed with an MVC framework for php - preferably codeignitor.
The template designing should also be done by the developer and should be shown before I accept any bid. You'll also need to show me a design document if you want to win this bid.
*Pls. note that good work can win you contracts for an android, iphone and windows mobile app too.
