I am looking for a joomla experienced developer to make some changes to a website template and homepage.

The changes to the homepage are outlined in the attached image.
They are:
1 - Move main navigation under the logo align left
2 - Reduce image slider size approx 25% (apprx 660 X 390px)
3 - Add new menu top right, with items FAQ and Our Stores. And phone number right of items, and new text right of logo (free delivery etc)
4 - Move email sign up box to top right of image slider, change text to "Subscribe to Concourse"
5 - Add new 'buy online' button right column under email sign up
6 - Add new new content box on right hand side, heading: Why Concourse. Two links underneath, linking to 2 new content pages (use content currently at the bottom of homepage ¿ Page 1: Better way to golf, Page 2: Innovation and Design)
7 - Add new content box below no.6, Title: Stand bag. Link to new content page (Stand Bag).
7 - Add new news panel, and link to news listing landing page (list of links that then goes to each news item)
8 - Add two youtube videos on embedded on homepage under image slider
9 - New main navigation items should be Home (same), Golf Buggy (link to [url removed, login to view]), Golf Bag (link to [url removed, login to view]), About Us (same), Warranty (new content page), Contact (same)
10 - Integrate current shop module (HikaShop, already setup with products) with paypal account (there is already a paypal module in the CMS, just needs to be connected and tested)
