Magento theme apply and editing

I need to apply a magento theme which I already have. So you don't have to design anything else.
Your tasks are:
- Install and edit the pages
- Integrate into paypal
- Add the products (about 20-30)
Server site using: php, mysql, and magento CMS.
Extra will be paid if I need you to maintenance the site/products.
